Position: Delivery Manager

Qualification: MBA with Engineering Background Preferred

Experience: Desired Profile should have around 10 years of work experience in software development. Work experience in the US/UK/Canada for minimum 2 years is preferable especially in the capacity of a Project Manager for a period of minimum 3 years of the overall experience.

Job Description

  • Managed multiple concurrent projects at the same time.
  • Exposure to project estimation and Planning (SDLC - ISO, SEI, SE Tools).
  • Experience in Project cost control & Quality Management.

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:

  • Report to Finance Controller on all accounting matters
  • Maintain and update chart of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • To prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
  • Compiling periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Making use of current computer technology and accounting software
  • Ensure preparation of financial statements as per the accounting policies of the company and supervise accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
  • Recommend, develop and maintain good accounting processes and timely responses to accounting issues.

Desired Candicate Profile:

  • Should have hands-on payroll process, bank reconciliation and cash handling experience(Receipt & disbursement of Cash)
  • Should have experience on finalization of accounts
  • Should know general accounting, knowledge about PF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, e-payment, e-returns for - Service Tax, TDS and Income Tax
  • Should have expert knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Should have working knowledge of Income Tax, FBT and Service Tax
  • Desired candidate must be organized, detailed, focused and systematic in his/her working and should possess sense of urgency.
