Neosalesforce has the following types of users:
Administrator:
Admin user has the full rights to grant rights to other users and perform functions like search, add, modify, delete and view operations on various menus of the Web application. The following are access rights given to users belonging to different roles, however the Admin can choose to grant or revoke the access
Representative:
The Representatives has the access rights to
- Add, Edit, and Delete, Search and View details of doctor, Customer, Secondary sales entry Details
- Add Tour Program
- Add, Edit and View Daily Report
- Search and View Queries and Knowledgebase
- Apply Leave
- Access reports related to them.
The Rep user also has rights to access reports related to them
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
ASM user can
- Add and Approve Tour Program
- Add, Edit, View and Approve Daily Report
- Submit and Respond Queries
- Apply and Approve Leave
- Approve Doctor
- Access reports related to them.
Marketing Head Office User (MHO)
MHO user can
- Submit and Respond Queries
- Apply and Approve Leave
- Access reports related to them.
National Sales Manager (NSM)
NSM user can
- Submit and Respond Queries
- Apply and Approve Leave
- Access reports related to them.
Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
ZSM user can
- Approve Tour Program and Doctor details
- Add and Approve Daily Report
- Submit and Respond Queries
- Apply Leave and Approve Leave
- Access reports related to them.
Zonal Commercial Manager (ZCM)
ZCM user has all rights to access all the menus except Role and User Masters and can view all the reports related to them.
